We only ship orders to the Continental United States and Puerto Rico. All orders are shipped via UPS or Fed-Ex ground unless otherwise specified. For next-day shipping or special arrangements, please get in touch with customer service at 800-476-7496 or customerservice@bpimedicalsupply.com.

Orders received by 2:30 PM EST will be shipped that day, Monday through Friday.
Orders received after this time will be shipped the following business day.
Orders placed on the weekend will ship on the following Monday.

We ship from one of 10 warehouses around the country. Invoices with multiple items may be delivered in separate packages. When your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking number; you can use this tracking number to get the estimated arrival time of your package. We charge a flat shipping fee of $11.50 for all orders.

Due to the high shipping cost, a charge will be added to large, bulky items at checkout. This additional charge will be noted on the item’s product page.

We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada.

Additional Shipping: All shipping charges for overweight or bulky items will apply.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, credit, or exchange for the item’s value. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be unused, saleable, and contain the original packing material, manuals, and blank warranty cards.

Boothwyn Apothecary will only pay return shipping costs if returned items arrive damaged or defective. Returns will only be accepted with a prior return authorization.

The Return Authorization number must be written outside the package when you return it.

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to adjust due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical errors in advertisements.
