Do we accept insurance?

We accept most insurance programs. Please chat with one of our technicians to see if your insurance program is accepted.

Do we offer blister packs?

Yes, we offer Compliance Packaging. Each pack will contain your daily and weekly medications conveniently packaged to your dosing regimen.

Do we offer immunizations?

We currently offer Pneumonia, Shingles, Covid 19, and Flu, among others. Please click “Schedule Vaccination” at the top of our home page to schedule your vaccination.

Do you offer MTM (Medication Therapy Management)?

Yes, we do offer MTM. Schedule an appointment to work with your pharmacist on MTM.

Why do I need to share my medication list or medical history with a pharmacist?

Sharing your current medications and medical history is vitally important to the pharmacist to avoid drug allergies or contraindications.

What happens if I have a life-threatening reaction to a medication I am taking?

Stop taking your medication immediately and call 911. Please let your prescriber and pharmacist know at your earliest convenience. If you cannot reach your prescriber, don’t hesitate to contact your pharmacist.

How do I transfer my prescription to Boothwyn Apothecary?

We will gladly call your current pharmacy and transfer your prescription. To transfer a prescription, we will need your current pharmacy name, phone number, and prescriptions you would like to transfer.

When I am out of refills, what should I do?

Use our convenient online refill system here or app on the Google Play or Apple App Store. If you have no refills remaining, we can contact your doctor for you! Using the online system will be the most efficient way to send us your refill requests. You can always call us and speak to one of our trained technicians to refill prescriptions if you prefer.

How long will it take me to get a new prescription?

Your prescriptions will be processed promptly, same-day in most cases. Extra time may be required for out-of-stock items, clarifications with prescribers, and third-party billing issues.

What are your store hours?

Monday through Friday -9:00am to 6:00pm.

Saturday- 10:00am-3:00pm

Sunday- Closed

Do you have a drive-through to pick up medication?

Not currently at this time.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver to a 15-mile radius from 2341 Chichester Ave, Boothwyn PA. To schedule your delivery, please let an associate know.

Do you carry DME products?

We carry an extensive collection of Durable Medical Equipment. For a complete listing, please contact an associate at the Apothecary.

Does your Pharmacy offer compounded medications?

Compound medications are filled by our affiliate Boothwyn Pharmacy in Kennett Square, PA, licensed in 49 states to ship your prescriptions. We can also have it delivered to our location in Boothwyn, PA.

Can I pay with a credit card, and which credit cards do you accept?

Yes, We accept all major credit cards.

Are you handicap-accessible?

Yes, we are handicap accessible.

Do you offer Auto-Refill for my prescription?

Yes, we offer SyncRX™ to refill your prescriptions, so you can have all your medications filled on the same date, decreasing the number of trips to the pharmacy.

Can my medication be flavored?

We offer select flavors to assist in medication palatability.
